Case is in excellent condition. Case may show some light shelf wear. There are no tears or rips in the case Game was only played a couple of times** Excellent Game

This game is original Genuine US release for Nintendo Wii. It is not a bootleg copy or cheap import. All disks are professionally cleaned before being shipped out.

Warranty:

I Guarantee that your game will work and not be DOA. I will accept a return within 14 Days of receipt of item if item is defective. Buyer pays return shipping. If an item is defective I will replace it with another copy of the same item. In the event that I can’t replace it then I will refund money. No money will be refunded unless I can’t replace it.

Shipping:

Your item will be shipped via USPS mail within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Shipping will be calculated for U.S. and Calculated UPS or US Postal Priority mail to Canada. I will ship the same day as payment is received if I receive payment by 4pm on a weekday. I will only ship to the address listed in your pay pal account. Please don’t ask me to ship to a different address. If you want it to go somewhere else you need to change the address in paypal before paying.

**Note to canadian buyers, I ship the same day or next day if after 4pm on close of auction. This item will ship out on Monday if payment is received. The shipping even priority mail to Canada can take up to 2 weeks from shipping date. I am going to offer ups as well as the postal service ups may be faster than the postal service so choose the one you would like. I know the postal service can take 2 weeks from previous experience. Please keep this in mind i ship as fast as i can but i cant control customs and the shipping time out of the country. If this isnt acceptable to you please dont bid. Thanks
